Mole Pipian

There's a stand in the Wednesday tianguis (which is really different from the Monday and Friday tianguis) that has a lot of different moles.  I'm finally beginning to try them and started with mole pipian.  It's not very spicy and is make with pumpkin seeds and peanuts.  It took a lot of water to thin it down and I mixed it with potatoes, chayotitos, and chicken.  Easy and tasty.
