I don't know if I spelled that right, but I picked some of these little white chayotes at the market the other day.  It looks like they're called peruleros in other places.  They taste a lot like potatoes and I roasted them like potatoes, but a few had really tough skins.  Most were fine though.  They were a fun experiment but I don't feel a huge need to get them again.
