Cornbread

1 cup flour
1 cup cracked cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, milk, oil. Bake in a greased 8x8 dish at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
