Basic Bread

This is for four loaves.

 A little less than 4.5 cups of warm water
1.5 T yeast
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp salt
1+ cup coarsely ground flax seeds
1/2 cup gluten (or less if your wheat is good)
About 12 cups whole wheat flour, or enough to make a nice, slightly sticky dough

Mix, rise, shape, cover, rise, bake.
