One of the best things about going to the tianguis is that the fruit vendors will let me try new-to-me fruits.  Today's new thing was this type of mango.  I cannot remember the name except that is started with an "m" and had several syllables.  It was creamy like an ataulfo mango but it's so much cheerier.

I also love the green mangoes, although I don't know what type they are.  I need to take something to write with and sort out all the mangoes.  But those green mangoes are great for savory Indian and Asian salads.
