The Metropolitan Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary of Mexico City

Or, just the cathedral in DF.  It's plunked on top of the central Aztec/Mexica religious site in Tenochtitlan. While plunking is a problem, it also makes it handy to see lots of history in one very small area.  We didn't get a chance to see the Templo Mayor ruins officially because we weren't ever there when it was open, but we did look at them a bit before it got dark.
