I really liked this book. It covers lots of different countries and regions with a variety of different recipes. There's even a section on South Africa which I liked because my first curry was a South African one.
I have this book on loan from our library right now and I agree it is great. Bunny Chow (p.304) and Boboti (p.306) are such South Africa classics. You get Bunny Chow around Durban a lot. I always think of it a junk-food currie .. maybe it is because of the loaf of white bread.

I thought the same thing about Bunny Chow when I saw the white bread in the recipe. I don't think it'd be the same with whole wheat.
