It seems like everyone has already read The Glass Castle, but here I am just getting to it now. I enjoyed it- a quick read, interesting, engaging writing. It would be a good book to discuss.
I enjoyed that book as well. I think, similar to your words, what made it so good for me was that I read it along with my book club. We had good discussions. :)
It is an excellent book. Worthy of many discussions. My favorite part is knowing that not everyone lived the perfect life in the 1950s. I always thought my family was alone in that, Ms. Walls let me know there were others like us. And that is good.
