Melissa's challenge has been so worth it for me because I've been introduced to Ruth Reichl's books. I read Tender at the Bone a few weeks ago and enjoyed it because I like Reichl's writing, but I thoroughly loved loved loved Garlic and Sapphires. I loved everything about it, the stories, the food, the wit, what she learned, everything. What a great book. Recommended.
