A good way to cheat is to go to NYC, especially Queens. On my block there were Dominicans and Tibetans and two blocks over was Little India. 15 blocks from there was the Russian Jewish Community (a lot of Bukharian Jews from Uzbekistan too). Little Moscow is in Brooklyn. It was fun having everyone speak Russian to me.

I would LOVE to live in New York City for that very reason. But, sadly, the place I'm living now has almost zero diversity.
